Shipping and Delivery

) For the most part, we ship WORLDWIDE outside the Continental USA: Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO Military Addresses, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Asia. Please read our COMBINED SHIPPING, RETURN, and STORE policies.

2) As soon as we receive/process your e-payment, we'll ship within in 2-5 business days and notify you thru email for orders shipping beyond a week . Delivery delays should be considered for international destinations due to postal and custom issues BEYOND our control. QUICK shipment for extra fees may be selected/requested.  Payments made with check, money order or e-Check will also delay shipment pending clearance of funds.

3) Shipping fees are based upon destination, shipping out of San Diego, California, USA, or from our other warehouses within the continental US. A minimal handling fee to cover packaging expenses is included in our flat-rate, discounted S&H fee for items paid in ONE INVOICE and shipped together. Usual flat-rate S&H is $4.99 domestic (USA, US territories and APO/FPO) and $11.99 for other international destinations.  If you have shipping fee concerns, please contact us for ANY questions BEFORE buying.

4) Yes, we do FREE SHIPPING on MOST but with restrictions; free shipping EXCEPTIONS are international destinations and HEAVIER items. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders totaling over $75 (less S&H) via USPS First Class Mail, but it applies to US Domestic and APO/FPO destinations ONLY with total weight less than two pounds.

5) If you want to send a gift directly to a friend or family member, please contact us BEFORE buying. We discourage this practice to protect our buyers and minimize fraud. If we are able to verify the buyer's identity, we will make exceptions. If you are paying via Per PayPal , they discourage sellers from shipping to an address NOT registered with them in order to be eligible for the SELLERS PROTECTION clause of their policy.

Pricing for expedited shipping options like USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Red Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories vary. Rates will be shown at check-out with a delivery range within 24- 72 hours, depending upon the service selected for orders in-stock.* Orders must be placed by noon, Pacific Time, Monday-Thursday, for expedited shipment requests.

For standard shipping to Canada and other International Destinations, see shipping rates above.  Shipment within 3-5 business days and delivery  can range from 7-21 days for orders in-stock*. Delay may be caused by customs regulations and/or location in relation to its origin. Standard international shipping worldwide through United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International is the only method currently available for a flat rate of $11.99 (US.) Additional taxes and/or duty charges by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are NOT calculated in the total charge during check-out. An additional freight charge for purchases weighing over 2 pounds will be added to your final total and adjusted at the time of shipping, only when applicable.

NOTE: Generally, expedited or overnight shipping is NOT applicable to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPOs, and international destinations.

*Out of Stock and Back Orders:
All in-stock items will be shipped immediately. Any unavailable item (on backorder or temporarily out of stock) on a multiple-item order will be shipped separately within 30 days. Out of stock or back-order items are typically shipped within 30 days and will not be billed until time of shipment.

We will ship your merchandise within 3-5 business days of payment unless express shipment is paid for and requested or item is out of stock. If you only purchased one item and is unavailable or on back-order, we will e-mail you the status and estimated availability date. You may cancel your order if we are unable acquire the merchandise within 30 days or a time frame acceptable to you.

 State of California Sales Tax:
All purchases made by residents of California, USA, are subject to sales tax ranging from 7%-9% on average. All other states are NOT subject to sales tax.

Tracking your order:
Upon payment or clearance thereof, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification from ExcessLingerie.com regarding payment. If shipment is through expedited shipping, you will also receive an e-mail which includes a tracking number(s) for your convenience, easy tracking, and peace of mind. In general, international shipments do NOT currently include package tracking.
